We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be Eligible for a Return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Product must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Damaged or Defective Items

All My Virtual Kitty™ systems include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects and functional issues under normal use.
Extended Warranty (Premium Packages)
Select My Virtual Kitty™ packages include an Extended 3-Year Warranty for additional protection and long-term support.
This extended coverage includes:
Mechanical or system malfunctions
Manufacturer defects
Functional performance issues under normal use
Warranty eligibility depends on the package selected at checkout.

Misuse or improper handling
Unauthorized modifications
Accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
